On 10^th of July, Nikola Tesla’s birthday, a ceremony was held at the foyer of the Electrical and Computer Engineering School at the Curtin University of Technology, where Tesla’s bust was unveiled by Janice Lake, Executive Director of Engineers Australia W.A. Division.

 

This event was organized as part of the annual Tesla Day Celebration in Western Australia organized for the 5^th consecutive year by Tesla Forum, non-profit organization from Perth who donated the bust to Curtin University.

 

The bust was designed by Jovan Radanovic, sculptor from Perth, former student of Curtin University and Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.

 

The representatives from W.A. Parliament, universities, professional societies, local media and general public attended the event.
